Benefit eligible employees, who have been employed for at least 12 months and have worked 1,250 hours in the past 12 months at SECC,
are eligible for up to 12 weeks of unpaid Family Care and Medical Leave. Please contact HR as soon as you know you need to use medical leave.

ARM Members -- Alternative therapies does not require PPO network utilization
Alternative therapies have a collective limit of 45 alternative therapy visits per Plan Year; no single therapy category to exceed 30 visits per Pan Year.
Alternative therapies are as follows:
1) Chiropractic Services, limited to spinal manipulation after annual office visit and X-ray
2) Massage Therapy, must be age 18 or older
Kaiser Members have continued access of Chiropractors in the American Specialty Health network
Chiropractic coverage is provided by American Specialty Health Insurance Company (ASHN). Chiropractic coverage is only available by contracted
providers with ASHN.
There is no out-of-network chiropractic coverage available.
