The Department of Legal and Property Services provides legal services as general counsel to Southeastern California Conference as well as oversees the real property transfers for the Conference, including but not limited to lease agreements, general contracts, real estate acquisition and dispositions, and building proposals/loans for our churches and schools.

This Department also sets up and maintains real property files for all property owned by SECC, including management of property tax bills, accounting including general voucher preparation, and maintaining a database of lease information and communication site leases on SECC owned properties.
