The Big Shift: Co-Mission Conference & Bootcamp

The Big Shift is a four-day Co-Mission Conference & Bootcamp hosted by the Pacific Union and the North American Division. This transformative gathering is designed to inspire, equip, and mobilize church members, pastors, elders, church planters, and Volunteer Lay Pastors for mission.

Participants will choose from four specialized tracks—Discipleship, Church Planting, Church Revitalization, and Volunteer Lay Pastors—with sessions available in both English and Spanish. Each track offers practical training, spiritual renewal, and powerful networking opportunities.

Key highlights include:

• Workshops and General Sessions on discipleship, leadership, church planting, and revitalization.
• Hands-on Bootcamps covering topics such as small group leadership, revitalizing churches, starting new church plants, and supporting Volunteer Lay Pastors.
• Spiritual Emphasis through consecration, anointing services, and a “Fuel Tank” session for renewal and empowerment.
